1993 - At initial stage we developed respective molds (dewaxing, plastic, die-casting, punch) and engaged mainly in parts OEM.
1995 - Introduced CNC machining facilities.
2010 - Assisted customers in developing parts and components of pneumatic tools, toy guns, etc., including mechanism design and tooling.
2019 - Introduced Okuma CNC Milling Machine, Turning and Milling Center, and Tongtai 5-axis Machining Center equipped with 840D Controllers for improved product accuracy and productivity; machining costs were effectively lowered.
2021 - Established Precision Casting Production Line for aluminum and copper precision casting, offering customers with one-stop operation that covered from product design, mold development, casting and precision machining for accomplishing comprehensive services.
2023 - Introduced automatic cluster assembly, automatic shell-making, automatic casting, automatic polishing, etc. in the precision casting line, thereby maximized line efficiency.
